Shipping Policy
All fine art prints and frames are custom-made to order by Prodigi and shipped securely via tracked delivery services. You will receive a tracking reference code via email as soon as your package leaves the studio.
For damaged items, please email me at immediately upon noticing damage with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Items are officially considered lost if there is no tracking movement for the specified working days listed below from the date of dispatch. Please email me at info@abigailhopkinsphotography.com with your tracking details if this occurs.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please add 3 extra business days for manual payment clearance and standard production processing time:
- UK: 2–3 working days (Considered lost after 5 working days).
- EU: 5–7 working days (Considered lost after 15 working days).
- Rest of the World: 4–15 working days depending on destination country (Considered lost after 10 working days for US/Australia, 20 working days for New Zealand, or 28 working days for other international destinations).
If these delivery windows have passed without any tracking updates, please email me at info@abigailhopkinsphotography.com with your order number and tracking details so I can arrange a replacement for you.
