Return and Refund Policy

My Giclée art prints and frames are custom-produced by Prodigi using premium, archival materials designed to last for decades.

Artistic Characteristics

My artistic process uses minimal digital effects to maintain the raw character of the work. Variations in appearance under different lighting conditions are intentional features and not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-printed to your exact order by Prodigi, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for "change of mind" cannot be accepted.

Before purchasing, please ensure you:

  • Measure your wall space carefully to select the correct size.
  • Review the product images to check the print details before buying.
  • Note the border: Your physical print will arrive with a white border around the image, as shown in the product pictures, even though my main website gallery displays the artwork without borders.

Please note that representational room images do not reflect actual sizes.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email me immediately upon noticing transit damage at info@abigailhopkinsphotography.com  Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged artwork
  • Clear photos of the original packaging

Once verified, a free replacement reprint will be processed for you.

Lost Items

To ensure fast transit, orders are printed at the closest facility that stocks your item. If an item is not stocked locally in your region, it will automatically ship from an international facility.

An item is officially considered lost if there is no tracking movement from the dispatch date based on your delivery address: 

  • Delivered to the UK: 5 working days
  • Delivered to the US or Australia: 10 working days
  • Delivered to the EU: 15 working days
  • Delivered to New Zealand: 20 working days
  • All other international shipments: 28 working days

If these windows have passed, email me at info@abigailhopkinsphotography.com with your order number and tracking reference so I can arrange a replacement for you.

Processing & Fulfilment

  • Payment clearance: Please allow 3 extra business days for manual payment clearance prior to production.
  • Fine Art Prints Production: Unframed prints require 1–4 working days for processing by Prodigi prior to dispatch.
  • Framed Prints Production (A4 & A3): Custom frames require 1–3 working days for assembly and processing by Prodigi prior to dispatch.
